Marius Vlad, a seasoned engineering professional with over three decades of experience in the automotive industry, exemplifies a remarkable blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and unwavering dedication. Born in Târgoviște, Romania, Marius's early life was shaped by adversity. At the tender age of thirteen, he and his father embarked on a perilous journey to seek a better life, leaving behind their homeland for a refugee camp in Yugoslavia. Their perseverance paid off when they were granted legal entry to the United States in 1988.

Despite the challenges of immigration, Marius pursued his educational aspirations with unwavering determination. He graduated from Fordson High School in Dearborn, Michigan, and went on to study engineering at Wayne State University and Macomb College. His dedication to continuous learning led him to obtain certifications in Rockwell Automation and Siemens programming, as well as completing PMP training and Crestcom Leadership Training.

Beyond his technical proficiency, Marius is a respected leader. Currently serving as the Vice President of Projects at Dearborn Mid-West Company, he fosters a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. His commitment to servant leadership and his emphasis on personal and moral values have earned him the admiration of his colleagues.

Marius's dedication to giving back to the community is equally commendable. As a member of the executive board of PROLIDER, a non-profit organization focused on developing the next generation of leaders, he actively mentors and inspires young individuals.
