Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of fabrication experience
- Minimum 5 years of MIG welding experience
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- Good communication skills
- Must be an AWS certified welder
- Must be a quality and detail oriented fabricator
- Have reliable attendance and be able to work overtime/weekends
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Proficient in MIG and Stick Welding
- Metal experience
- Must be able to build from blueprints
- Must be able to identify quality issues
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Hi-lo experience
