Tammee's journey began with a strong foundation in payroll and accounting growing into a variety of different roles over her career. Tammee's leadership skills have flourished as she has advanced throughout her career from administrative support roles to property management, overseeing multiple properties in Michigan. Her ability to manage complex tasks and diverse responsibilities speaks to her organizational talent and problem-solving skills. Since joining DMW, Tammee has drawn upon her diverse experience which has allowed her to excel in various roles within the organization, ultimately leading to her current role in Human Resources.
