Katarina's career goals have always focused on building a strong, unified Purchasing Group; partnering with suppliers to achieve meaningful cost efficiencies; sourcing new fabricators; and enhancing inventory processes. Her leadership style is rooted in trust—she avoids micromanagement, empowering her team to operate confidently and collaboratively. Katarina believes in listening first, supporting always, and working side‑by‑side with her group to find solutions. Outside of work, family is at the heart of Katarina's life. She cherishes time with her family, especially her two great‑grandsons, who keep her laughing and bring joy to every visit.
