Anthony L. Rosati President
Tony Rosati currently serves as President of Dearborn Mid-West Conveyor Co.
Earlier, Rosati served as President of DMW's Michigan Group for 2 years before becoming President of DMW. For 8 years prior Rosati was Vice President of the DaimlerChrysler Group after holding other key management roles throughout his 30 year tenure with DMW.
Prior to his years at DMW, he was a project engineer for 3 years with Hartfield & Associates and 5 years with Michigan Boiler where he was responsible for customer coordination.
Rosati completed mechanical Engineering courses over a 4 year period at Lawrence Institute of Technology and over a 3 year period at Wayne State University. He later continued his education and graduated from Sacred Heart in Detroit, Michigan.

James L.Smothers Executive Vice President & General Manager, Kansas Group
Jim Smothers serves as Vice President & General Manager, Kansas Group of Dearborn Mid-West Conveyor Co. Smothers is responsible for the general management of the bulk materials handling division while focusing on expanding and strengthening current product and service offerings.
Prior to joining DMW, he served as Vice President & Managing Director with Continental Crushing & Conveying where he was responsible for all American operations including Stamler, Goodman, Continental, and Hewitt-Robins. With Continental, Smothers worked in various areas and roles including systems (underground, HAC, overland), sales and service, manufacturing, engineering, estimating, and executive management.
Throughout his career, Smothers has taken an active role in several professional affiliations including Technical Association of Pulp and Paper Industry, Alabama Mining Association, King Coal Club and Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association. While a member of CEMA, he was co-author of the Conveyor Installation Standards.
Smothers is a graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He later graduated from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Executive Program.

Jeff Homenik Executive Vice President & General Manager, Michigan Group
Jeff Homenik serves as Executive Vice President & General Manager, Michigan Group of Dearborn Mid-West Conveyor Co. Homenik is responsible for the general management of the Automotive, Industrial and Construction Divisions.
Earlier, Homenik served as Executive Vice President of the Automotive and Industrial Group for 2 years. For the 8 years prior to this, Homenik was Vice President of the Ford Group after holding other management roles throughout his 31 year tenure with DMW.
Prior to his years at DMW, he held engineering positions with Southern Systems, CEC Products and Planet Corporation over a 3 year time frame.
Homenik is a graduate of Lawrence Institute of Technology, where he earned an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He later completed courses in the Business School at the Lawrence Institute of Technology.

Sudy Vohra Executive Vice President, International Business Development
Sudy Vohra serves as Executive Vice President of International Business Development with Dearborn Mid-West Conveyor Co. Vohra has been with the company for 31 years holding such positions as Executive Vice President & General Manager, Vice President of the Bulk & Industrial Group, Manager of Business Development, and Project Manager. He is currently responsible for business development in international markets.
Throughout 40 years of experience in engineering and sales for the bulk materials handling industry, he has held several roles including 8 years as Regional Sales Manager for Stephens-Adamson Canada and 7 years as Manager of Systems Sales and Chief Estimating Engineer for Hewitt Robins-Canada.
His international experience includes 4 years as a Project Engineer in West Germany and a varied work in India, Guyana, Brazil, Egypt, Trinidad & Tobago, China, Taiwan, Colombia, Indonesia and Chile.
Vohra is a graduate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Ramgarhia Polytechnic, India. He has also completed courses in Sales Management from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
